Speckled lentiginous nevus no longer represents a single entity. Two different variants Nevus spilus maculosis and Nevus spilus papulosis have been described. The present prospective study was undertaken to determine the efficacy of Q switched Nd:YAG laser (QSNYL) in fifteen patients with nevus spilus (NS).
